- Political belief or affiliation

- Relationship status
- Religious belief or affiliation
- Religious activity
- Sexual orientation
In the area of :
- Employment: Paid, unpaid, casual, permanent or temporary employment.
- Education and training: at school, college, university or other educational facilities.
- Provision of facilities, goods and services: access and use of public places i.e. retail shops or transportation.
- Accommodation: includes rental property, hotel, motel, boarding house or caravan park.
- Membership and activities of clubs: club membership or participating in club activities.
- Administration of any law of the State or any State program.
- Awards, enterprise agreements or industrial agreements.
